One of SE Asia’s premier hardrock operations currently seeks a Resource Development Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Brownfields Exploration, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of substantial brownfields exploration projects to develop the pote ntial mineable resources and reserves at a world-class hardrock operation in SE Asia. Key accountabilities will include supervising resource modelling, design and implementation of substantial drilling & sampling programs to generate resource and reserve models in accordance with industry standards.
Working for this highly regarded international mining company, you will operate on a FIFO basis from anywhere (negotiable roster based on distance) or residential in-country with leading expat amenities including schooling, medical and recreational facilities. An attractive expat package is provided commensurate with experience, including performance incentives.
As the ideal candidate, you will be tertiary qualified in geology with an extensive track record in resource development, including the management of multiple large drilling programs across and recognised proficiency in 3D modelling. A working knowledge of Vulcan, Minesight, ArcGIS and Leapfrog will be highly regarded.
